Performance-Based Training


 At Incite Training, we believe that students learn best by doing. In fact, we feel that doing is so important in the training process that most of our instructor-led classes involve hands-on learning with clear performance objectives. These performance objectives are derived from industry job requirements, and all of our instructors are accomplished Industry leading professionals that bring real world scenarios to the training. The performance-based training in class allows each student to master technical concepts on a practical level and receive immediate feedback from instructors and peers. As a result, we guarantee that each student will exhibit competency in a wide range of skill areas. Through this method of instruction, students are able to perform at a professional level, and they are completely prepared for industry certification and employment. Advanced Learning

Incite utilizes the best testing software in the industry to prepare you for the exams. Classroom-based and virtual labs increase the amount of hands-on training that our students receive, since we believe that IT professionals learn best by doing. Finally, our career services provide advice for developing a resume, preparing for and surviving a technical interview, and finding the best job-match for our students.
 

Our training offerings include 3 tracks-

  • Networking
  • Management
  • Development

 Incite’s networking track combines Comptia’s A+ and Net+, Microsoft’s MCSA or MCITP, and Cisco CCNA courses. This track begins with the basics of computer hardware and troubleshooting and takes you through Microsoft-based client\server networking, and concludes with Cisco’s CCNA course which forms the foundation of Internet routing and switch configuration. While we recommend the entire track for our less experienced students who seek proficiency in networking, experienced IT professionals may take individual courses.

 

Our management track is designed to guide you through LEED (green management practices), ITIL (IT department management, Business Analysis, and Project Management certification training.


Finally, our development track includes C#, .Net, Visual Basic, and Web Design (CIW) certification.
